A 20ft HC As-Is unit is the bargain bin on tall steel. They make it onto our Aurora lot when the price is right to pass the savings on.

What you’re buying is a square corten envelope at the lowest tall-wall price point in the region. If your project is a livestock windbreak on an Adams County hobby farm, a steel reskinning project, or a workshop where you plan to weld in your own new wall panels, this is the price you want to pay.
