One-Trip Shipping Containers - Aurora, Colorado

Almost new. One overseas voyage, then retired straight to our Aurora yard.

A One-Trip container is the closest thing the used market offers to a brand-new unit. The shell is built overseas - typically in a Chinese, Korean, or Vietnamese factory - loaded with goods bound for the United States, and after a single Pacific crossing it’s pulled out of cargo service. By the time it lands in our Aurora yard, the paint is still glossy, the door gaskets are still pliable, and the marine plywood floor is unmarked.

For Front Range builders working on a showpiece finished build - a permitted ADU with cedar cladding, a designer Airbnb cabin, a backyard pottery studio with skylights cut through the roof - the One-Trip pedigree is what justifies the premium. Every imperfection you’d otherwise have to sand, prime, paint, or patch on an older unit is simply not there. The build calendar collapses to drop, level, finish.

These are also our most consistent units cosmetically. If you’re buying two side-by-side for a multi-container ADU project or matching a third for a future addition, One-Trip is the only grade where you can reasonably expect the paint and panel condition to match across multiple boxes.
